WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION CELEBRATIONS

It’s no secret that construction is a male-dominated industry, and women often face challenges in having their voices heard. That’s why I’m incredibly proud to serve as the Global Marketing Lead for ARCO/Murray’s Women in Construction Celebrations since 2023. I’ve had the privilege of helping plan and promote events across our offices, from Northern California and Denver to Nashville, Dallas, and, of course, Chicago. Each year, these events bring together more than 550 attendees, with our 2025 Chicago celebration alone drawing a crowd of 260 guests. These events consist of panel discussions, breakout discussions, and networking.
